Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan wanita terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru yang ada di SMP Negeri 47 Palembang dengan menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 41 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang didapatkan dari kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan wanita berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, wanita, kinerja, guru.
