Abstract

PENGARUH DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN TERHADAP KINERJA SATPAM PT SATRIA SRIWIJAYA SEJAHTERA Oleh : Sekar Ayu Ningtiyas; Prof. Badia Perizade, M.B.A., Ph.D; Wita Farla WK, S.E., M.M Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh deskripsi pekerjaan terhadap kinerja satpam PT Satria Sriwijaya Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang dengan responden sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sensus atau sampling total. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara deskripsi pekerjaan terhadap kinerja satpam PT Satria Sriwijaya Sejahtera. Dari aspek-aspek yang telah diteliti sebaiknya manajemen perusahaan PT Satria Sriwijaya Sejahtera untuk lebih menjelaskan lagi mengenai SOP dan deskripsi pekerjaan satpam kepada anggota satpamnya serta lebih memperhatikan lagi aspek-aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja satpam sehingga kinerja satpam dapat meningkat.
