Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai yang ada di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dengan menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 58 responden. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.
