Abstract

Salary system is one of system the important system in the company include in this PT. Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk Palembang. Salary system is the responsibility of the financial admin, the first function is give the compensation to employees in the form of salaries. Financial Admin must calculate the salary of employees by using Microsoft Excel , differentiated by employment status and occupation of data. Processing payroll at PT. Prasidha Aneka Niaga Tbk Palembang field is still split between salary and income tax calculation Article 21. Where the system performance is often found that a calculation error and placement. So to minimize this , an application that allows it to be designed in this research is the application processing employee salary by Income Tax Article 21. In the designed system, the applications will be managed by admin finance and also led to receive the report. Admin and leadership can login to the application using the appropriate username and password levels. In this application admin tasks is to manage employee information, job title, loans , and recap the salary. While leadership can only receive a report on the data that has been managed by the admin previously.
