Abstract

This study aimed to in investigate the effects of Training on Employee Performance of Bank Panin Branch office in prabumulih. The population was thirtyfive population bank panin branch office. The Simple Linier Regression Analysis was applied by using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 22.0 for windows. The result showed that there was a significant positive effects of Training on Employee Performance of Bank Panin Branch office in Prabumulih
