Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of PT Pohon Mas Sejahtera's employees. This study uses primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires to all administrative and field employees of PT Pohon Mas Sejahtera. Based on the saturated sample method, 39 employees were obtained. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression using SPSS release 26 software. The results showed that occupational safety partially had a negative and insignificant effect on performance, occupational health partially had a negative and insignificant effect on performance, occupational safety and health simultaneously had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.
