Abstract

At CV Menara Advertising, there are still several obstacles related to the process of managing employee salaries, which are still carried out in a simple way, namely by recording and recapitulating each employee's data in a notebook one by one. These data are fragmentary and make it very difficult to calculate attendance recap data, overtime and working hours data, bonus data and loan or cash payment data. There is also the potential for damage and loss to the notebook, as well as the human error factor in the data calculation process, both overtime data and total salary data, often mistakes and errors occur. Through this research, it provides a solution, namely by building an Employee Payroll Application at CV Menara Advertising to help make it easier for management to manage employee salary data so that it is more structured and easy to call automatically, The results of the study are in the form of a payroll application that has been created and then tested by the management of CV Menara Advertising and concludes that this application can simplify the process of managing employee salary data easily and shorten the time of making salary reports, because the system can automatically calculate salaries at any time.
