Abstract

In the process of processing employee salaries at PT Gending Cempaka Sriwijaya, it is still carried out in a simple manner, starting from recapitulating daily attendance data, calculating the basic salary of each employee, until the process of recapitulating official travel data is still done manually one by one for each employee. This is very inconvenient and difficult for the finance department in recapitulating the salaries of each employee, because the data is stored separately and even in some data that is only written in notebooks. Not to mention errors in the data recapitulation process, both overtime data and other total salary data, often errors and calculation errors occur. From some of the problems that are often encountered, the authors try to build an Employee Payroll Application at PT Gending Cempaka Sriwijaya to help make it easier to manage employee salary data, so that it is more integrated so that it can be called easily at any time when needed.
