Abstract
Measurement of user satisfaction by software providers aims to find out how users respond to service search software that will be implemented by the Disnaker. Because one of the important factors that can determine the implementation of an information system is knowing the level of user satisfaction with service software. In the analysis of satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method in terms of content, accuracy, format, usage and timeliness aspects. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire distributed using social media (Whatsapp, Line, and Instagram). In calculating the results of the questionnaire, efforts will be made to use the product moment correlation formula, alpha, and Kaplan and Norton as much as possible. The results showed that of the five aspects of EUCS, the majority of software users were in the satisfied category, which became a reference for developers to improve the software.
