Abstract
KSO Pertamina EP – Energi Tanjung Tiga Prabumulih uses tank 03 to separate the liquid-liquid phases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of separating the liquid-liquid phase in the form of oil and water in Tank 03 using the Innage method so that production efficiency results were obtained based on the final volume of oil. The research procedure was carried out with a case study at KSO Pertamina EP – Energi Tanjung Tiga Prabumulih. Data collection was carried out 3 times over a span of 3 weeks. The required data are in the form of tank-03 specifications as well as the height of the mixture and the height of the water in the tank. The data to be obtained are mixture volume, water volume, oil volume, water efficiency, and oil efficiency. The height of the mixture obtained is 5-425 (cm) and the volume obtained is 0.847-71.995 (m3). The water height obtained is 5-417 (cm) and the water volume obtained is 0.847-70.6398 (m3). The volume of oil obtained during the observation was 0-1,5246 (m3). The water efficiency obtained from the data processing is 100-97.71 and the oil efficiency is 0-2.29
