Abstract

This research’s purpose is to acknowledge the influence of producers image variable (X1), Consumers image (X2) and Product image (X3) to Consumer Satisfaction of Teh Botol Sosroto Barchelor degree students of Sriwijaya University Palembang (Y). Data Analysis Techniques that used is multiple linear regression. The sampling techniques that used in this research is non-probability sampling. The techniques that used to collecting data are questionaire given to 100 respondant. Data analysis using T test, F test, and multiple linear regression. The result shown that Producers, Consumers, and Products image simultaneously affects the Teh Botol Sosro’s Consumer Satisfaction of Barchelor degree students Faculty of Economy Sriwijaya University Palembang positively and significant, the results are Producers Image (X1), Consumers Image (X2), and Products image (X3) partially affects the Teh Botol Sosro’s Consumer Satisfaction of Barchelor degree students Faculty of Economy Sriwijaya University Palembang (Y).
