Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes and describe the attitude and skill activities of students by using conversion ladder props on the unit length material in the VB class of SD Negeri 001 Palembang. This study used a class action research method that was carried out in 2 cycles. Each stage of the cycle includes planning, execution, observation and reflection. The data collection techniques used are tests, observations and documentation. The subjects in this study were VB class students of SD Negeri 001 Palembang with a total of 25 students with details of 14 female students and 11 male students. Based on the results and discussion of this study, it was found that in the first cycle the learning outcomes of students reached 75% completeness. Meanwhile, in cycle II, student learning outcomes reached 83.3% completion. From the observation data during the learning process, the results of the observation of student attitude activities in the first cycle got a percentage reaching 80% (very good category) and in cycle II got a percentage reaching 85% (very good category). Then the results of the observation of student skill activities in cycle I got a percentage reaching 76,88% (moderately active category) and in cycle II got a percentage reaching 88,54% (active category).
