Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Rotan Kabupaten Muara Enim. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru dengan jumlah 54 orang dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi data kuesioner, teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Rotan Kabupaten Muara Enim sebesar 49,7%.
