Abstract

This research entitled "Development of Basic Motion Guide Guidelines for 5-6 Year Olds" at Kemala Bhayangkari Palembang aims to produce a basic locomotor motion video instructional media that serves to introduce locomotor base motion that attracts the child's interest in learning videos. This development uses modified development of the Alessi & Trolip model modified by Tressmer formative evaluation. Stages in this study consist of: (1) the planning stage, (2) design, (3) development. The evaluation stages are self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation, and small group evaluation. Data collection techniques using walkthrough, interview, documentation and observation. Locomotor basic motion video video media is valid based on the result of expert review obtained average value on three themes of 3.8% that have fulfilled product manufacturing procedure through material expert and instructional video design which means can be applied learning locomotor base motion to attract learning interest especially early locomotor base motion. Locomotor video basic motion guide video is practically seen from one to one evaluation stage obtained average observation of three themes by 85% good category once, while in the small group evaluation stage obtained average observation of 84% excellent category according to assessment indicators observat ion so that the product is declared practical. High effectiveness illustrates that the use of locomotor base motion guidance video can stimulate the physical motor of the child. Thus, a guide video product can be applied in locomotor base motion learning.
