Abstract
Setiap siswa seharusnya memiliki kemampuan resiliensi akademik yang tinggi dalam kehidupannya. Faktanya bahwa di SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang masih ditemukan siswa yang memiliki resiliensi akademik yang rendah. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin memberikan suatu intervensi dengan memanfaatkan kegiatan konseling kelompok realitas terhadap resiliensi akademik siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok realita terhadap resiliensi akademik siswa kelas XI IPS 2 di SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pre experimental design bentuk one group pre-test and post-test design. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Subyek penelitiannya adalah 10 siswa kelas XI IPS 2 di SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik non parametrik dengan uji wilcoxon. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa diketahui bahwa dari tabel spss di atas dapat di ambil kesimpulan bahwa nilai asymp sig (2-tailed) < 0,05 dimana nilai asymp sig (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu -2,803b maka dari itu Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dari itu layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan realitas berpengaruh terhadap resiliensi akademik siswa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu pendekatan khusus yang dapat dilakukan guru BK untuk mengentaskan permasalahan resiliensi akademik dengan menggunakan konseling kelompok realitas. Kata Kunci : Resiliensi Akademik, Konseling Kelompok, Pendekatan Realitas Every student should have high academic resilience abilities in his life. The fact is that at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang there are still students who have low academic resilience. Therefore, researchers want to provide an intervention by utilizing reality group counseling activities on students academic resilience. This study aims to determine the effect of reality group counseling on the academic resilience of class XI IPS 2 students at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. This study used an experimental method with a pre-experimental design in the form of one group pre-test and post-test design. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The research subjects were 10 students of class XI IPS 2 at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. The data analysis used is non-parametric statistics withthe Wilcoxon test. The results ofthe analysis show that it is known that from the SPSS table above it can be concluded that the asymp sig (2-tailed) value < 0.05 where the asymp sig (2-tailed) value is smaller than 0.05, namely -2.803b, thereforeHo was rejected and Ha was accepted. Therefore group counseling services with a reality approach have an effect on increasing student academic resilience. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as one of the special approaches thatcan be used by counseling teachers to solve academic resilience problems by using reality group counseling.
