Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on working employees productivity at PTBelitang Konstruksi Jaya Palembang. Aquantitative approach was used in this study. The data uset in this research is primary data gained directly from employees by spreading the questioneaire. The sample is determined by saturated sample or census method with amount 50 respondents. Results of this research by using the empirical test results in simple linear regression shows that the leadership style (variable X) effect on employees productivity (variable Y) at PT Belitang Konstruksi Jaya Palembang. Leadership styel that is applied to this company is the leadership style of autocracy. leadership style directly affects the productivity of employees in creating jobs. Thus, the leader with the right leadership style will improve employees productivity to work. These results indicate that a significant difference between leadership style on employees productivity.
