Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepercayaan diri mahasiswa angkatan 2019 dalam melaksanakan kegiatan praktik bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner kepercayaan diri dengan skala likert yang di administrasikan secara online melalui Google Form. Subjek terdiri dari mahasiswa angkatan 2019 prodi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Sriwijaya dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Data analisis menggunakan bantuan Excel Microsof Office 2019. Hasil ananlisis data yang didapatkan yaitu pada kategori tinggi 20% dari 16 mahasiswa, kategori sedang 64% dengan jumlah 51 mahasiswa, kategori rendah 16% dengan jumlah 13 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan aspek yang diteliti (1) aspek keyakinan diri dengan hasil presentase tertinggi yakni 69% dalam kategori sedang dengan jumlah 55 mahasiswa. (2) aspek optimis dengan hasil presentase tertinggi yakni 63% dalam kategori sedang dengan jumlah 50 mahasiswa. (3) aspek objektif dengan hasil presentase tertinggi yakni 61% dengan jumlah 49 mahasiswa. (4) aspek bertanggung jawab dengan hasil presentase tertinggi yakni 64% dengan jumlah 51 mahasiswa. (5) aspek rasional dengan hasil presentase tertinggi yakni 66% dengan jumlah 53 mahasiswa. Jadi dapat di lihat rata-rata mahasiswa memiliki kepercayaan diri yang sedang ketika melakukan praktik bimbingan kelompok. Kata Kunci : kepercayaan diri, bimbingan kelompok, mahasiswa The objective of this study aims to determine the self-confidence of clas 2019 students in carrying out group guidance practice activities. This research uses a descriptive method. Data were collected using a self-confidence questionnaire with a likert scale which was administered online via Google Form. The subjects consisted of student from the 2019 Guidence and Counseling study program at Sriwijaya University with a total sampel of 80 responsents. Data analysis using Excel Microsoft Office 2019. The results of data analysis obtained are in the high category of 20% of 16 students, the medium category is 64% with a total og 51 students, the low category is 16% with a total of 13 students. Based on the aspects studied (1) the aspect of self- confidence with the highest percentage of 69% in the medium category with a total of 55 students. (2) the optimistic aspect with the highest percentage of 63% in the medium category 50 students. (3) the objective aspect with the highest percentage result is 61% with a total of 49 students. (4) responsible aspect with the highest percentage of 64% with a total of 51 students. (5) the rasional aspect with the highest percentage of 66% with a total of 53 students. So it can be seen that the average student has moderate self-confidence when practicing group guidance. Keywords : self-confidence, group guidance, student
