Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sumber stres akademik selama pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling angkatan 2019 dan 2020 FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya Kelas Palembang sebanyak 64 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga 64 responden dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar melalui google form. Analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres akademik yang dialami Mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan kategori tinggi yaitu 10,19% (7 mahasiswa), kategori sedang 84,37% (54 mahasiswa), dan rendah 4,68% (3 mahasiswa). Berdasarkan Aspek yang diteliti sumber stres akademik selama pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa (1) aspek eksternal dengan hasil persentase 50,76%. (2) aspek internal dengan hasil persentase 49,24%. Berdasarkan Sumber stres akademik dari aspek Eksternal yaitu bersumber dari peristiwa sehari-hari (gangguan jaringan) yaitu 38,35%. Sedangkan dari aspek Internal sumber stres akademik yang tertinggi pada gangguan konsentrasi yaitu 40,61%. Kata Kunci: Sumber Stres Akademik, Pembelajaran Daring The purpose of this study was to determine the sources of academic stress during online learning in Guidance and Counseling Study Program students at Sriwijaya University. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method. The population and sample in this study were Guidance and Counseling students class of 2019 and 2020 FKIP Sriwijaya University Palembang Class with 64 respondents. The sample in this study used a saturated sample so that 64 respondents were used as the research sample. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that is distributed via the Google form. Data analysis uses the percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that the academic stress experienced by Guidance and Counseling Study Program Students is in the high category, namely 10.19% (7 students), the moderate category is 84.37% (54 students), and the low is 4.68% (3 students). Based on the aspects studied, sources of academic stress during online learning for students (1) external aspects with a percentage result of 50.76%. (2) internal aspects with a percentage of 49.24%. Based on academic stress sources from external , namely sourced from daily events (network disturbances), namely 38.35%. Meanwhile, from the internal , the highest source of academic stress was concentration disorder, namely 40.61%. Keywords: Sources of Academic Stress, Online Learning
