Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of artistic development achievement in children aged 5-6 years in the village of Gumai Muara Enim. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a research sample of 1 teacher, 2 parents of students and 2 children aged 5-6 years in Gumai Muara Enim Village. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and observation of research subjects. The data analysis technique uses percentage calculations and the results of the study show that the level of achievement in artistic development for children aged (5-6) years in the village of Gumai Dusun01 during the Covid-19 period was in the Ever category. Judging from the results of the researchers' observations on and the results of the interviews that the child has carried out 4 of the 7 activities for developing fine arts such as drawing, tracing, collage and 3M (cutting, folding and pasting).
