Abstract
The development of level 5's Minimum Competency Assessment questions using Liveworsheets at UPT SMA Negeri 8 Ogan Ilir Regency is aimed to (1) describe the assessment of the students' and teacher's needs; (2) construct products in the form of AKM reading literacy questions level 5; (3) describe the feasibility of the product in accordance to experts; (4) describe the results of validity and test instrument reliability; and (5) describe the results of the analysis of test items on test instrument development using Liveworksheets at UPT SMA Negeri 8 Ogan Ilir Regency. In this research, there are seven steps of development which used by the researcher for the adapting result and modifying development methods by Djiwandono (2015). The data of this research is in the form qualitative data which are collected by interview and quantitative data which are collected by questionnaire distribution technique. The test instrument made are arranged based on the results of the assessment of teachers' and studentsc needs of class X UPT SMA Negeri 8, Ogan Ilir. Researcher arranged 50 questions which are tested on students. Those questions are refered to the book entitled 'Desain Pengembangan Soal AKM'. The total of questions is 50 which are divided into 12 essay questions, 10 multiple choice questions, 4 short questions, 20 complex multiple choice questions, and 4 matchmaking questions. Based on the result of the expert validation test, those question items have good enough and appropriate to use, the expert validation of the question is categorized of highly feasible, language validation is categorized as very feasible, and media expert validation is also categorized as feasible. The result of the validity and reliability tests show that the question items have been valid as many as 50 items and reliable as many as 5 forms of questions. While the results of the item analysis shows that the questions have the range of difficulty levels from easy to moderate. The easy category has 3 questions and medium category as many as 47 items. Based on the results of the analysis of different power, it consists of good and very good categories. Good categories as many as 5 items and very good categories as many as 45 items. This research ends in the analysis of the items, this is caused by the majority of products after being tested are categorized as good.
