Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee satisfaction at the head office of Bank Sumsel Babel. The population in this study were employees of all divisions and units as many as 543 respondents and the sample used in this study were 84 respondents using a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection method in this study was questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the study, can be concluded that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at the head office of Bank Sumsel Babel.
