Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress on job satisfaction of midwifery employees at the Siti Aisyah Regional General Hospital, Lubuk Linggau. The population in this study were all employees in the midwifery section of the Siti Aisyah Lubuk Linggau Regional General Hospital, totaling 35 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, and uses primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires and uses simple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. The data obtained were using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), and coefficient of determination analysis (R2) and t test. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a negative and significant influence between job stress on job satisfaction of midwifery employees at the Siti Aisyah Regional General Hospital Lubuk Linggau.
