Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility to firm value with profitability as a moderating variable at minning companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the year of 2013-2018. Data collected by purposive sampling method and there are 6 companies statisfy the requirement. Data analysis techniques used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Corporate social responsibility disclosure in this reseacrh used GRI-G4 standard with 91 disclosure items. The results shows Corporate Social Responsibility has negative effect and profitability able to maderate the influence of corporate social responsibility to firm value.
