Abstract

The research study about “The Strategy Of Public Behavior Shift On Maintaining Bendung River Sanitation At Veteran Street Ward 9 Ilir Palembang City”. The research aims to ascertain the difference of public behavior strategy before and after maintaining the sanitation of Bendung River. Sample on this study taken 74 respondents who are locals of RT 20 and 26, taken by means of simple random sampling method. Data collection method by utilizing questionnaire, documentation and measuring scale. Data analysis method utilizing paired sample t test. The results are distinction occurred on public behavior strategy before and after on maintaining the sanitation of Bendung River at Veteran Street, with the paired sample t test results find t count value in the amount of 4,400 with probability (sig2-tailed) of 0,000 < 0,05, so H0 is dejected and H1 is passed, means rate of distinction occurred is significant between behavior both before and after.
