Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employees job satisfaction of PT. Roesli Taher. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT. Roesli Taher, amounting to 40 people using total sampling technique. The data obtained in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Roesli Taher and using a simple linear regression analysis method as a data analysis technique. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between organizational commitment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Roesli Taher.
