Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah terhadap Disiplin Kerja Guru SMA Negeri 2 Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Negeri 2 Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin sebanyak 38 guru dan teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah Nonprobability Sampling dengan Teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Data yang diperoleh di uji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Metode Suksesif Interval (MSI), analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi (r), analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji t. Data analisis menggunakan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 24. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.
