Abstract

This study aims to determine how the actuating function in the implementation of basic immunization activities at Pasar Prabumulih Health Center. This research is motivated by the existence of problems in the implementation of the actuating function in the implementation of basic immunization activities at Pasar Prabumulih Health Center. The actuating function analysis uses indicators according to Terry. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of immunization activities is seen from the coordinating aspect in the form of unity of action through the cooperation system of officers, but there is no specific division of labor and there is still a lack of logistics officers. The motivating aspect is carried out by giving award certificates, but the immunization room facilities are not wide enough. Furthermore, the communicating aspect has been carried out in the form of vertical communication through meetings, as well as horizontal communication in the form of discussions between officers. Finally, the commanding aspect has been carried out well because the order in the form of an immunization schedule is carried out every Wednesday and is in accordance with the applicable SOP. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of basic immunization activities at Pasar Prabumulih Health Center has mostly been realized, but there are still some aspects that are not good. Efforts that must be made by the Puskesmas are in the form of a specific division of labor for officers, increasing the number of officers in the logistics section, and the need for creativity so that the immunization room looks more comfortable.
