Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of goal target training on the accuracy of futsal shooting at the Simpang Teritip District Futsal Association (AFK). The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method. The research design used was one group pretest-posttest design. Sampling using total population sampling technique with a sample size of 30 people. The research instrument was that all samples tested kicking the ball into the futsal goal. From the results of data processing and analysis using the data normality test and hypothesis testing with the t test formula, that goal target practice affects the accuracy of futsal shooting. This can be seen from the results of data analysis through the calculation of the t test formula with the criteria t count greater than t table (28.57 ˃ 1.70) with a confidence level of 0.95 (α = 0.05) and the number of samples (N = 30), the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Goal target practice really influences the results of shooting accuracy. Based on the results of the study, goal target practice had a significant effect on the results of shooting futsal for Simpang Teritip District Futsal Association (AFK) players.
