Abstract

This objective of the reeseareh was to determine the effect of fermentated palm oil sludge on the final vvighl, carcass. and comercial carcass parting (breast, thing and wing). This reasech was conducted on experimental cage at the Berlian Makmur village, Sungai Lilin. South Sumatra for 3 mounth thal was Juli lo September 2013. This research used completely randomized design (CRD). Wich consist of 5 treatmenl and 3 repetitions. The treatment is used by adding the produet of palm oil sludge into feed ration. The treatmenl contained by: R0 - feed ration + 0% FPOS/POS (control), RI = feed ration + 4% FPOS, R2 = feed ration + 8 % FPOS, R3 = feed ration + 12% FPOS, R4: feed ration + POS. The parameter of this research were final wight, percentage of carcass and comercial carcas parting. The study on feed resulting concluding using significan cannot effect (P>0,05) to the final weight, percentage of carcass and comercial carcass parting.
