Abstract

This study aims was to determine the digestibility value of palm frond powder which includes ADF, NDF, Hemicellulose, and Cellulose enriched with Vitamin B complex and mineral mix in Vitro. This research was carried out from August to September 2022 at the Animal Feed Nutrition Laboratory of the Animal Husbandry Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. This study used palm frond powder with the addition of vitamin B complex and mineral mix with 1% and 1% treatment. This study used the RAL (Complete Randomized Design) method with 3 treatments and 3 tests, Bran and palm frond powder (P0), Bran, palm frond powder, 1% Mineral Mix (P1), Bran, palm frond powder, 1% Vitamin B Complex (P2) and used Duncan advanced test analysis. Based on this study, it can be concluded that giving Vitamin B Complex at a dose of 1% and mineral mix at a dose of 1% can increase the digestibility value of ADF from 66.949% (P0) to 93.741% (P1). Well as the digestibility value of Hemicellulose from 64.405% (P0) to 84.858% (P1).
