Abstract
This thesis is entitled "Strategy of the Community-Based Teaching Unsri Movement in Ogan Ilir Regency During the Covid-19 Pandemic". This study discusses the strategy of the community-based teaching movement during the Covid-19 pandemic by looking at strategies for developing the learning process of elementary school students (SD) and the constraints of strategies for developing the learning process of elementary school students (SD ). The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection method in this study consisted of observation, interviews with ten informants determined by purposive techniques, and documentation. This research was analyzed using Suharko's social movement strategy theory. The results showed that; First, strategies for developing the learning process of elementary school (SD) students are: (1) layering strategies, namely by producing learning videos and teaching face-to-face with perception, and (2) critical engagement strategies, namely by collaborating with teachers in the learning process. Second, the constraints of strategies to develop the learning process of elementary school (SD) students consist of: (1) obstacles to strategizing including fear in making decisions, (2) obstacles to implementing strategies including delays in sending learning videos, limited members, and slow teacher response Keywords: Movement Strategy, Learning Process, Unsri Teaching
