Abstract

The Sipekom application is a system that can monitor activities being carried out by Koas Doctors or Resident Doctors within the scope of Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Based on the usefulness of the Sipekom application and its application as a daily activity, it is necessary to analyze the use of Sipekom which is a scientific work reporting application for Koas Doctors or Resident Doctors at RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. This evaluation was carried out to find out how user satisfaction has been in using Sipekom, whether it is in accordance with the needs or there are still deficiencies in its application, one of the measuring tools for user satisfaction is End Using Computing Satisfaction. One model that can be used to see the effect of user satisfaction with the implementation of an information system is the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. In the EUCS model there are five factors that can influence user satisfaction with the implementation of an information system. These factors are:content (Content), accuracy (Accuracy), form (Format), ease of use (Ease of Use), and timeliness (Timeliness). Keywords : System, Sipekom and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS)
