Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk’s CSR corporate social responsibility program in building good relations with stakeholder. This study uses a quantitativedescriptive method. The data used in this study were sourced from the ring 1 community of Tegal Rejo village who received CSR assistance from PT. Bukit Asam Tbk and with technique of collecting data by distributing questionnaires, field observations, and documentation studies. The population in this study is the village community of Tegal Rejo who received CSR assistance from PT. Bukit Asam Tbk which amounted to approximately 2.958 people who were rounded up to 97 sample respondents. In the validity test the author uses SPSS as a tool to determine the level of validity and for data analysis techniques the author uses the weight, mean, score formula to measure the percentage of respondents’ oponions in the study. The results of this study stated that the CSR program of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk in building good relations with stakeholders for the community of Tegal Rejo village, lawang kidul district Muaraenim regency who have felt good effectiveness from the result of the program that has been carried out by CSR PT.
