Abstract

Pemilihan Umum Raya Universitas Sriwijaya periode 2021 dilakukan terhadap 2 pasangan calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini berfokus pada strategi komunikasi politik yang digunakan oleh tim pemenangan pasangan calon nomor urut 1, yakni Dwiki-Fahry. Rumusan masalah yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini ialah bagaimana strategi komunikasi politik yang diterapkan oleh tim pemenangan Dwiki-Fahry pada Pemira Universitas Sriwijaya periode 2021. Sementara itu, tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan menganlisis lebih lanjut strategi komunikasi politik yang digunakan oleh tim pemenangan Dwiki�Fahry. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi politik yang diterapkan oleh tim pemenangan Dwiki-Fahry berdasarkan dimensi komunikasi politik menurut Siti Fatimah (2006). Dalam hal ini, komunikasi politik dilakukan melalui 7 tahapan, yakni analisa peta politik, penentuan target pemenangan, pembentukan tim kampanye, perumusan strategi kampanye, jejaring koneksi sosial, pengorganisasian kamanye, dan pengawalan perolehan suara. Penerapan dimensi komunikasi politik tersebut telah berhasil membawa kemenangan bagi pasangan calon Dwiki-Fahry dengan perolehan 9.120 suara.
