Abstract

This research aims to (1) describe the needs of students and teachers for Flip PDF Professional-based electronic student worksheets, (2) design Flip PDF Professional-based electronic student worksheets based on the results of needs analysis, (3) describe the results of expert validation of Flip PDF Professional-based electronic student worksheets. The research and development method used in this research is the development method from Borg and Gall in Sugiyono (2019:35) which is modified into five steps. The data collection techniques in this research were interviews, questionnaires and expert validation sheets. Product validation is carried out by three experts who assess the feasibility aspects of material, media and language. Based on the validation results, it is known that the feasibility aspect of the material gets a value of 91 with a percentage of 91%. In the aspect of media feasibility, it got a score of 96 with a percentage of 83%. In the aspect of language eligibility, it scored 45 with a percentage of 82%. Based on the validation results, it can be concluded that the worksheets of electronic students based on Flip PDF Professional in learning to write explanatory texts for class XI social studies at SMA YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang are categorized as very valid.
