Abstract
House is one of the important needs for humans, with the increasing number of house alternatives offered, a house selection decision support system is needed. The system built in this study will solve the problem of house selection based on the level of user preference criteria. There are two stages of the process that occur in the system that is built, namely the process of grouping data using Fuzzy CMeans and ranking process using the Weighted Product method. Based on the calculation of index XB it was found that the optimum number of clusters used in this study were 7 clusters and for system accuracy of 90%.
