Abstract
The purpose of this research is to create a device that can used to monitor the elderly people that can collapse or fall anytime due to the weak body they have. This device used ESP32 and acclerometer sensor that connceted to the internet. The website is used to display the movement that readed by the ESP32 and acceleromter sensor, Thingspeak is the website we use to see the display. To be able to connect the sensor to thingspeak website, we need to use ESP32 . The acceleromter sensor is used to detect the movement of the device wearer, the sensor will read the user movement and it will be displayed on thingspeak website. This research is not entirely perfect, it’s just to develop and see the sensor reading and not to detect when the wearer of the device fall. The writer hope that in the future someone can continue this work to make to be able to detect and inform someone when the wearer of the device is falling. The research result is quite satisfaying, the sensor can read the movement of the wearer accurate enough. And the thingspeak website is displaying what the sensor read with a good response.
