Abstract
This research purposed to increase student observation report skill grade VB of elementary school 11 Indralaya appying Project Based Learning model. The method that used in this research is action class research that done in three cycles. In each stage of cycle is planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the result and discussion in this research is the completeness of classical in cycle I is achieve 57,6% with average 64,7. Then, the completeness of classical in cycle II is achieve 69,2% with average 71,2. Then, the completeness of classical in cycle III is achieve 80,7% with average 78,5. Based an observation data during the learning process abtained in cycle I first meeting the average is 63,7 (active enough category) and cycle I second meeting is 65,1 (active enough category) and the cycle II first meeting is 69,6 (active category) and cycle II second meeting is 72,5 (active category), then cycle III first meeting is 76,0 (active category) and cycle III second meeting is 82,1 (very active category). The data show that there is raising of student observation report skill grade VB of elementary school 11 Indralaya and it can to increase the activation of student in study process with Project Based Learning model.
