Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF TRAINING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT MITSUI LEASING CAPITAL INDONESIA CITY OF PALEMBANG By: Muhammad Darry Fauzan This study aims to examine the effect of training on employee performance at PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia. The population of this study were all employees of PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia Palembang City, totaling 105 people. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Mitsui Leasing Capital Indonesia Palembang City.
