Abstract

This study aimed to describe the independent variables Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Deb to Asset Ratio (DAR) is partially significant effect or not on the dependent variable Return on Asset (ROA) on a sub company of the automotive secto, and product components in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEi). The data used :n this study is the annual data 2012-2016 period. The population in this study is 16 companies, the research sample was selected using purposive sampling. of 16 automotive companies sub-sector, 13 companies were selected as the sample. Data analysis technique used is to use quantitative data. The method of a,nlysis using a model of Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis and Testing Hypotheses. Based on the hypothesis obtained is partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DJ::R) no signijicanL effect on return on asset (ROA). However, partially Debt to asset ratio (DAR) has a negative and significant impact on Return On Asset (ROA).
