Abstract
This study aims to determine the organizational culture profile of the current and future SIT Robbani Ogan Ilir Integrated Islamic Boarding School. The research use a descriptive quantitative approach design, designed to solve the proposed research problem. The research sample was SIT Robbani Ogan Ilir employees, totaling 30 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the organizational culture assessment instrument method. The results of the study show that the organizational culture in SIT Robbani Ogan Ilir today is Clan Culture and what is expected is Clan Culture. This indicates that employees feel that the organization is a pleasant place, like a big family. Leadership is as a guide who provides convenience and guidance. The employees hoped that the clan culture will continue to be implemented in the future. They also hoped thet SIT Robbani Ogan Ilir become a pleasant organization with a focus on internal processes and integration with an emphasis on flexibility. and wisdom rather than stability and integrity and emphasizes teamwork.
