Abstract
Digital image processing is a process of changing the original image into another image in accordance with the wishes. In the method of detecting fish feed, the author uses the conversion process from RGB color image to HSV color image obtained by writing a mathematical formula to convert RGB to HSV color into python programming language in OpenCV. After the feed is detected, the webcam will display black and white images or thresholding. Therefore the authors take research on the detection of fish food expiry based on color and based on image as the thesis material. The amount of information that is obtained from this webcam will make the device operate, which is to detect the color of fish feed that is good and expired.
