Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kompetensi pada Dinas Perkebunan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Sampel yang diambil yaitu dari seluruh jumlah populasi sebanyak 85 orang pegawai untuk dijadikan responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitiaan ini berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis yang menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan Dinas Perkebunan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin untuk dapat meningkatan prestasi kerja dengan baik. Dengan dilakukan peningkatan kompetensi pegawai agar mampu mencapai prestasi kerja yang baik.
