Abstract

Memaksimalkan nilai perusahaan merupakan tujuan dari perusahaan. Peningkatan nilai perusahaan dapat dilihat melalui pengukuran kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Sehingga kinerja keuangan yang baik akan memberikan sinyal yang positif kepada investor dan akan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investor untuk melakukan investasi serta peningkatan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dan IDN Financial. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk memilih jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan dan didapat 8 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seacara simultan, likuiditas, leverage, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial, likuiditas dan leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
