Abstract

Studi kasus ini dilaksanakan untuk memahami kinerja organisasi proyek dalam peranannya terhadap keberhasilan suatu proyek. Hasil yang lebih baik dari segi efektifitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan proyek diharapkan setelah pemahaman yang lebih baik menegenai organisasi proyek. Struktur organisasi pada proyek ini merupakan struktur organisasi fungsional. Hubungan kerja yang terjalin adalah hubungan kemitraan. Berdasarkan hasil sebaran kuesioner dengan metode scoring, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa organisasi proyek pembangunan perluasan Gedung Staff Mapolda i Sumsel cukup efektif berperan dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Kata kunci : proyek pembangunan, metode scoring
