Abstract
The development of Islamic songs based on video-based themes for children ages (5-6) years at TK IT (Islamic Kinderdarten) Izzuddin Palembang has been conducted with the aim of producing Islamic songs based on valid and practical video-based themes for children ages (5-6) . Techniques of collecting data using interview methods, questionnaires, observation. The development is done by using ADDIE model including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the evaluation phase, formative evaluation was proposed by Tessmer, which is self evaluation stage, expert review obtained by average score from experts of 3.93 categories is very valid because the material of Islamic songs based on video based theme has been appropriate and in accordance with the level of development children ages (5-6) years. Material validation with indicator of song content, material conformity with learning curriculum and suitability of religious learning for children ages (5-6) years. Media validation with readability indicators and language conformity used, song melody, product quality and duration of time. One-to-one evaluation and small group evaluation aim to see practicality is practical if experts and practitioners claim that the developed product can be applied. The results of the one-to-one evaluation and small group evaluation with indicators saying short prayers, thanking God's creation and singing were rated an average of 83% very practical because Islamic songs based on video-based themes appealed to children short prayers through the method of singing. Islamic songs based on this video-based theme have been valid and practical for use in children when learning activities take place. The weakness of this product is the video media displayed teacher also included early childhood so that children are more motivated.
