Abstract
In the learning process, knowledge creation occurs when an individual who acts as the owner of knowledge can convey the knowledge he has to the individual. This process of creating new knowledge forms knowledge management. However, the process sometimes does not go well and does not meet the desired needs. Learning media in the form of information systems can support the smooth running of the activities of educational institutions. In the process of developing a good information system, adjustments are needed between user requirements as owners of knowledge which will then be implemented, so it is necessary to know the factors that influence knowledge owners in conveying knowledge during the learning process. The theory underlying the construct of this research is the concept of knowledge creation SECI Model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization). This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 2,666 and the number of samples was 348 which were obtained using the stratified random sampling method. In analyzing the data, this study used the Rasch Model technique and used the Winstep software. The results show that process of socialization and internalization is a factor that can influence students as owners of knowledge because they tend to be easier to do and many are approved to be applied.
