Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human relation to employees' work ethic at London Beauty Centre Medan. The method is explanatory research with a sample of 40 respondents using saturation sampling. The data collected by using questionnaire and interview. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression assisted by the SPSS program. The results show that human relation has a positive and significant effect to employees' work ethic at London Beauty Center Medan.
