Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen program acara Inspirasi Indonesia di Lembaga Penyiaran Publik (LPP) TVRI Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Manajemen Program oleh Peter Pringle yang dibagi menjadi empat tahapan-tahapan, yakni Perencanaan Program, Produksi Program, Eksekusi Program, serta Pengawasan dan Evaluasi Program. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LPP TVRI Sumatera Selatan dalam melaksanakan perencanaan program mengacu pada pola program yang telah ditentukan oleh TVRI Pusat selaku inisiator program Inspirasi Indonesia. Pada produksi program, LPP TVRI Sumatera Selatan memproduksi sendiri tayangan Inspirasi Indonesia yang terbagi menjadi tiga indikator, yakni Pra-Produksi, Produksi, dan Pasca Produksi. Kemudian eksekusi program, LPP TVRI Sumatera Selatan melakukan pembagian waktu siaran dan strategi penayangan melalui media sosial seperti Instagram dan Youtube. Sedangkan untuk pengawasan dan evaluasi program, LPP TVRI Sumatera Selatan melakukan rapat evaluasi bersama kru yang bertugas.
