Abstract
Kecamatan Cipondoh merupakan kecamatan yang memiliki jumlah penduduk paling tinggi di Kota Tangerang, yang jumlah penduduknya terus bertambah, khususnya pada penduduk usia belajar. Untuk merespon hal tersebut, diperlukan pembangunan unit baru SMA yang bisa mengakomodasi penduduk usia belelajar dengan baik. Selain kuantitasnya yang ditambah, kualitas dari bangunannya pun harus terus meningkat, terutama dalam hal kenyamanan. Jika berbicara tentang kenyamanan di Indonesia maka erat kaitannya dengan iklim tropis. Iklim tropis menyebabkan suhu udara rata rata di Indonesia menjadi tinggi sehingga mempengaruhi kenyamanan termal. SMA ini dirancang untuk bisa merespon masalah terkait iklim dengan pemaksimalan pasif desain agar bisa mengurangi penggunaan energi pada bangunan dan tetap memberikan kenyamanan pada penghuni. Penataan massa bangunan pada sekolah ini memperhatikan keadaan sekitar, seperti jalan dan matahari agar kenyamanan pengguna bangunan bisa terjaga. Pemilihan material pada bangunan juga diperhatikan, terutama pada material yang memiliki thermal properties yang bagus akan diaplikasikan, seperti batu bata merah. Supaya menambah daya tarik, susunan bata akan disusun berpola Sehingga menghasilkan sebuah pori pori pada dinding yang memungkinkan udara bersirkulasi. Selain itu untuk melindungi dari sinar matahari berlebih, diaplikasikan secondary skin Sehingga menciptakan sebuah bayang bayang cahaya pada bangunan. Cipondoh is the sub-district with the highest population in Tangerang City, whose population continues to grow, especially the school-age population. To respond to this, it is necessary to build a new high school unit that can properly accommodate the learning age population. In addition to the added quantity, the quality of the buildings must also continue to improve, especially in terms of comfort. When talking about comfort in Indonesia, it is closely related to the tropical climate. The tropical climate causes the average air temperature in Indonesia to be high, which affects thermal comfort. This high school is designed to be able to respond to climate-related problems by maximizing passive design in order to reduce energy use in buildings and still provide comfort to residents. The arrangement of the building masses in this school pays attention to the surrounding conditions, such as roads and the sun so that the comfort of building users can be maintained. The selection of materials for buildings is also considered, especially for materials that have good thermal properties to be applied, such as red bricks. In order to add to the attractiveness, the brick arrangement will be arranged in a pattern so as to produce a pore in the wall that allows air to circulate. In addition to protecting from excess sunlight, secondary skin is applied so that it creates a shadow on the building.
